His background as a single-family realtor and entrepreneur gives him unique insights into day-to-day operations and risk management. Growing up in low-income multifamily complexes, Anthony understands the challenges families face and dreams of providing long-term homes where they can truly thrive—complete with educational centers offering tutoring to empower the next generation. A Harley enthusiast with a goal of visiting all 30 MLB stadiums, he is dedicated to transforming multifamily investments into sustainable, community-focused opportunities that foster financial freedom and quality living.

Monique Belcher is a seasoned marketing expert with 25 years of experience in corporate marketing, events, and training. Known for her innovative approach and strategic insights, Monique has a proven track record of transforming complex data into actionable strategies that drive results. Her unique ability to blend humor with professionalism makes her a standout in the multifamily investment sector.
Outside of work, Monique enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She has a passion for stand-up comedy and loves to watch and support local comedians. Monique also enjoys pickleball, ballroom dancing and resting at the lake. She currently resides in northern California with her husband and two dogs.
